Payment Terms

 Deposit and Final Payment

1. Initial Deposit:

   - A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour package cost is required immediately upon confirmation of the itinerary request to secure all respective services.

2. Final Payment:

   - The remaining 75% of the total tour package cost must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the arrival date.

3.Payment Notifications:

   - All payments must be confirmed via email. Please send transaction details to info@gamechangerscr.com

4. Payment Flexibility:

   - We offer customizable deposit schemes to accommodate specific group needs. However, the total trip cost must be paid in full at least 90 days before arrival.

5. Changes to Payment Terms:

   - Payment terms are subject to change depending on hotel policies and the tourist season at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and major credit cards. Details for each method will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: 

   - All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@gamechangerscr.com

2. Refunds on Deposits:

   - If a cancellation occurs before the total trip cost has been paid, a 50% refund of the total deposits made up to the cancellation date will be issued.

3. Refunds Prior to Arrival:

   - 60 Days or More Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

   - 30 to 59 Days Before Arrival: 30% refund of the total trip cost.

   - 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 10% refund of the total trip cost.

   - Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival: No refund.

Additional Terms

Unforeseen Circumstances: 

  - In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, please contact us immediately to discuss potential rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Travel Insurance:

  - We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues.

Amendments:

- Any amendments to the itinerary after confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Flight Delays and Cancellations:

Game Changers Costa Rica is not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections. Any issue related to airline operations or travel disruptions beyond our control will not be eligible for reimbursement or trip compensation.
